Hong Kong Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition (HKYSTIC)

Hong Kong Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition (HKYSTIC) organized by the

Hong Kong New Generation Cultural Association was first launched in 1997 and

now is the largest science annual competition in Hong Kong with participants

from over 400 schools. An awards ceremony was held at the Hong Kong Science Park.

Youth High Speed Rail Trip – Innovation and Technology Experience Tour

Guangzhou, China

“Youth High Speed Rail Trip – Innovation and Technology Experience Tour” was organized by HKFYG and The Dragon Foundation from April 11th to 12th, 2023. Form 5 students spent two days and one night learning and exploring in the Greater Bay Area by high-speed rail. Their visit to Guangzhou and Foshan exposed them to innovative technology development.

Students learned about advanced industrial technology, smart building robots, unmanned driving technology, and the Guangzhou meteorological satellite ground station during exchange activities. Students can learn about the construction of the high-speed rail network as well as experience the convenience of high-speed rail travel.
