Please note that once you have completed the above form, you should bring the following documents to our school office by 18th January 2027 (Mon):

1. An application Form for S1 Discretionary Place (Parents may submit DP applications via the SSPA e-Platform)
2. A copy of the student’s identity card
3. A photograph of the student
4. A copy of the full year P5 report card (whole year)
5. A copy of the first term P6 report card (first term)

*Applicants are not required to submit any recommendation letter from their primary school.

The application process for the Discretionary Places stage will not be considered complete until all the above procedures have been completed.
