Congratulations to all students!

The award ceremony will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2026. We sincerely invite all award recipients to attend the presentation ceremony in person on that day.

The S3 Growth Ceremony was held under the theme “Together We Grow, Together We Go,” in a warm and solemn atmosphere, with nearly 120 parents in attendance to witness this important milestone as students step into senior secondary education. The ceremony symbolised growing with care and love, and moving forward together to embrace new challenges.

Our Guest of Honour, Mr. Chan Ho-chun, Regional Manager of Manulife (International) Limited and an alumnus, shared his personal journey to encourage students to persevere, face changes with courage, and see hope through their efforts. Students also pledged to the Supervisor, Miss Yung, the Principal, teachers and parents, saying, “We will persevere, for only through perseverance can we see hope.” With the blessings of teachers and parents, they are ready to enter a new stage of learning, striving for excellence and walking hand in hand towards greater goals. The ceremony concluded with all Secondary Three students singing the theme song “Fly • Leap,” bringing the event to a perfect close.
The Award Ceremony for Talented Children 2026, organized by the Man Kwan Education Foundation, was held on July 4 at Man Kwan Pak Kau College. Professor Tam Man-kwan, Founder of the Man Kwan Education Foundation, Mr Choi Chi-cheong, JP, Chairman of the Foundation, and other distinguished guests attended the ceremony together with students and parents. With the theme “I belong; so do we!”, the event recognized outstanding students from various fields while conveying the message that, whenever young people face difficulties and adversity, they are never alone, as people from all walks of life are there to encourage and support them.

The ceremony opened with a performance by the marching band, followed by a live calligraphy presentation by Lai Siu-cheung, which conveyed Professor Tam and Mr Choi’s blessings for the younger generation.

This was followed by Wong Pui-yau, Lai Hoi-yin, and our student Mo Tsz-ho , who served as emcees for the event. Lai Hoi-yin also performed with the school’s rope-skipping team, showing the spirit of perseverance in the face of adversity.

Awards were presented to students who demonstrated exceptional achievements in various categories, as well as to those who excelled in the ‘Let Students Talk About Education’ International Conference 2026, highlighting their diverse talents and accomplishments.

In particular, the parents of two award recipients, Chan Ka-chai and Yu Yeuk-chin, shared their children’s inspiring stories encouraging all students to pursue their dreams with courage.

During the ceremony, Chan Chun-sun joined our music teacher Mr Cheung, and Yip Sum-kiu of Class 2A in a performance of the well-known piece Por Una Cabeza on the cello, violin and piano. This was followed by a performance by the school choir and a sharing by alumna Tang Pui-man, both of which expressed gratitude for the Foundation’s support for education over the past 26 years.
