This programme has been launched in response to the Education Bureau’s advocacy for promoting STEM education and developing 21st-century skills. It also aligns with the school’s recent enhancement of teaching facilities to provide a higher-quality learning environment.

Building on this foundation, the “Man Kwan Elite Programme” is closely linked to Man Kwan Pak Kau College’s educational philosophy of “ACTIVE Education”, which emphasizes human-centred learning. The school is committed to nurturing each student’s potential through holistic development, encouraging them to become active participants in their own learning. Through lively and interactive learning experiences, students cultivate both mental and physical balance, developing into well-rounded, capable elites.

Through the integration of Sports, STEAM, and Arts, the programme aims to equip students not only with knowledge, but also with the ability to apply it in real-life contexts—enabling them to become future leaders with global vision, a strong sense of responsibility, and innovative thinking.
