Dear parents and students,
In view of the fact that the Observatory has raised Typhoon Signal No. 1 on Wednesday evening, indicating that a tropical cyclone is gradually approaching Hong Kong. Suppose the Education Bureau announces the suspension of classes on September 1 (Friday) due to the issuance of the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal. In that case, the September 1 and September 4 class schedules will be postponed to September 4 and September 8, respectively. The lesson schedule for September 4 will be from 09:00 to 11:00; on September 8, it will be from 08:00 to 15:45.
From 08:00 to 1:10 on September 8, administrative tasks and form meetings will be conducted. From 1:10 to 2:10, junior students will have lunch at school, while high school students can have lunch outside. From 2:15 to 3:45 in the afternoon, there will be a Whole-Person Development lesson, where teachers and guest speakers will deliver moral education courses. Starting from September 11, regular classes will resume with eight periods per day (08:00-15:45).
Furthermore, please note that the annual sports day scheduled for September 5 and 6 will proceed at the Tuen Mun Tang Shiu Kin Sports Ground if the Education Bureau does not announce a citywide class suspension due to inclement weather.
