Our S1 bridging program, Colour Your Life, concluded with a delightful Graduation Ceremony on 26th August, symbolizing the successful completion of the entire program.The program’s theme, “Dream, Believe, Do, Repeat!”, has been embraced by our S1 students in the span of three weeks. They have recognized the significance of these four words, which will serve as guiding principles in their future pursuit of dreams.
The ceremony commenced with a drama and English performance, setting the stage for the journey towards dreams. During the interactive session with Ms. Yung and the S1 students, they gained an understanding that hope can only be seen through perseverance. Furthermore, the school supervisor, Prof. Tam encouraged the new students to cultivate habits of daily reading, writing, calculating, and physical exercise, which would serve as essential foundations for their journey towards pursuing dreams.
The students then showcased dance performances and shared their experiences of using ChatGPT. Two parents expressed their thoughts and expectations for their children. Additionally, our senior brothers and sisters conveyed their sincerest blessings through an energetic song and handwritten letters.
Lastly, the students sang together, uniting their voices in the inspiring song “Dream it possible!” as they believe that dreams can be turned into reality. Several alumni shared their personal journeys of pursuing dreams, helping S1 students realise that nothing is impossible.
