From 16 to 20 October 2026, 32 students from our school travelled to Nanshan, Shenzhen, for a five-day, four-night Shenzhen Study Tour. The programme took learning beyond the classroom, through lessons and site visits in a city at the forefront of innovation, and showed how technology meets industry and daily life.

On the first day, students attended the opening ceremony at the BGI Building, and lessons continued there over the following days. On the final day, they set off from Shenzhen Yunhe Technology Co., Ltd. and visited Shenzhen Dream Eagle Technology Co., Ltd. and the Shenzhen World Drone Export Centre, gaining a closer look at the industrial use of drones and the growth of the low-altitude economy.

Through this study tour, our students broadened their horizons and practised punctuality, self-discipline and teamwork. We hope they will turn what they saw and learned into motivation to keep exploring innovation and to contribute to society.
