World Mental Health Day (8 Oct)

Teachers, social workers and student mentors in our school conducted activities on October 8 in order to promote mental health. Through games and mindfulness activities, students can learn to know more about themselves, manage their emotions and pay attention to their mental health.
 
Students have shown enthusiasm when participating in activities. We hope that the classes will resume as soon as possible, so that students can spend more time at school learning and taking part in activities.
